Our treasures are meant for exploration. Return within 30 days if a piece doesn't resonate.

The window for exchange closes 30 days after the artifact reaches your hands. We believe in the longevity of objects and the clarity of conscious intentions.

To start a return, send a clear missive to our stewards. We value the story behind every item and every return.

Refunds arrive within 30 days of the item's return to the Co-Op. We use your original path of payment, ensuring a seamless cycle of energy without additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To honor makers at The Forge, The Library, or The Gynaeceum, please ensure:

• Purchased within the last 30 lunar days

• In its original artisan packaging

Some treasures cannot be returned:

• Bespoke items forged to your specific visions or personalized works.

• Nature-bound items prone to rapid change or those past their peak inspiration.

• Personal care artifacts unsealed for hygiene and communal health.

• Items that have become inseparably joined with other materials.

We reserve the right to decline returns for items that do not honor these artisan standards at our sole discretion.

Sending Items

You hold responsibility for the voyage of the item back to our Co-Op at the following coordinates:

Protect your return with tracking; we cannot compensate for artifacts lost to the winds of transit. A refund requires the physical item or proof of its arrival.

Gifts

If it was a gift sent directly to you, a digital credit for our Co-Op will be granted upon the item's return. A certificate will be issued via digital post.

If the gift was not marked as such, the energy of the refund will be directed back to the original seeker who purchased it for you.
